This is driving me crazy & pls help.

When I like a video & click on the heart/like button it shows the increased count.

But when I go somewhere else in site & come back to the video, it shows that it has ignored my earlier like & count is back decreased. Color of heart/like button also confirms it (instead of dark blood red, pale pink/red). It doesn't matter how many times I keep going through this, exact same result. Also doesn't matter which video I do this with, exactly same result.

Yes, cookies are on & it still doesn't work.

I see another person complaining about exactly same problem in another thread, I don't think this functionality is working correctly as expected.

I cleared the site cache, can you try again?

I think it's our cache plugin. It makes the site quicker but the cache needs to be cleared from time to time for the Loves to work properly. I will setup a scheduled cache purge, hopefully that solves this issue.
