Its concept is very good, but technical issues are making it close to non-functional probably driving traffic away from it. So those are very strong words & aren't meant to anger, rather express frustration. Here is my laundry list of bugs for why I'm making such a post: * Problem with "favorites/loved/hearts" functionality not working is well documented. This bug randomly keeps coming and going. As of this writing, it has come back. * To my dismay, I'm running into more & more serious bugs. Latest youtube link I uploaded shows thumbnail like all other links uploaded so far. However when I actually click on it, nothing about embedded youtube video renders at all! I tested it on Firefox. Other youtube videos show up, so why just one particular one has problem? I also see a comment about this problem under the specific post itself. * Just for grins, I decided to test if the problem doesn't show up in another browser - Internet Explorer. To my dismay, I'm horrified to see that it's even WORSE! Nothing seems to work on IE at all. I intentionally did not login on IE & examined a number of links for which I've watched videos number of times in Firefox. On IE, clicking on those links NONE of the embedded youtube videos show up! I also specifically clicked on posts for which I know there have been comments posted. On IE, none of these comments show up. I'm specifically interested in non-loggedin user, because I was curious to see how the site would look to a new drive-by web surfer. I very much appreciate volunteer time you've put in getting the site up & running. I also very appreciate motivation & concept behind it. But unfortunately, the technical platform you've chosen to implement it on is so buggy, it just ISN'T ready for prime-time. That's not a statement made to anger you, it's an honest, realistic assessment. I wish lot more testing was done on the site before letting it go live. Speaking for myself personally, I'm afraid I'll find myself coming here less & less. I'm just not getting as much out of it as I had hoped, sorry.
